摘要
研究了重庆北碚缙云山森林生态系统中4种群落的4种土壤酶活性的分布特征、季节动态及其与四川大头茶(Gordoniaacuminata)的关系,结果表明:①土壤酶活性具有明显的层次性,即A(腐殖质层)>B(沉积层)>C(母质层).4种土壤酶活性之间,及其与土壤理化性质之间存在不同程度的相关关系;②A,B两层的4种土壤酶活性均以含四川大头茶的群落最高.在不含四川大头茶的群落中,以常绿阔叶林高;在含四川大头茶的群落中,过氧化氢酶活性和酸性磷酸酶活性以常绿阔叶林高,转化酶活性和蛋白酶活性以四川大头茶重要值高的群落高;③土壤酶活性(A层)的季节变化规律很明显,但不同的酶类,其变化规律不同,这与四川大头茶的两个落叶高峰和环境因子有关.
Distribution characteristics and seasonal dynamics of four sorts of soil enzymatic activities and its relations with G.acuminata in four types of communities of forest ecosystem on Mt.Jinyun are studied in this paper.The results are as follows:1 Soil enzymatic activities have evident gradient,i.e.,A(humus horizon)>B(deposited horizon)>C(parent material horizon).Morever,different degrees correlations exist between soil enzymatic activities and soil physiochemical features.2 All four sorts of soil enzymatic activities in the communties,including G.acuminata ,are higher than the communities,not including G.Acuminata .Among the communities,not including G.Acuminata ,four sorts of enzymatic activities in the evergreen broadleaved forest are higher than in the theropencedrymion.Among the communities,including G.Acuminata ,the activities of soil catalase and acid phosphatase in evergreen broadleaved are higher than in the theropencedrymion,the activities of protease and invertase in the communities with higher important value(Ⅳ) of G.Acuminata are higher than in the communities with lower Ⅳ.3 The seasonal regularities of soil enzymatic activities (A horizon) are very evident,it depends on the sorts of enzymes,it is related with two deciduous climax of G.Acuminata and environmental factors.
