摘要
S/D-1井石盐层埋藏深度在2 500m以下,石盐层矿物主要为块状石盐、钾石盐、硬石膏等,岩层极易破碎、溶蚀和吸水膨胀,经常造成钻孔缩径、坍塌等复杂情况,给钻探取心带来了困难。针对取心地层特点,通过对钻井液性能、取心钻具组合、取心钻头结构、取心钻进参数、取心工艺等多方面的分析研究,制定出了适合该井石盐层取心的配套工艺技术,使该井石盐采取率达到了95%以上。
The buried depth of rock salt layer in S/D-1 well is below 2500m,minerals in the rock layer have massive rock salt,sylvite and anhydrite etc.Rock strata are easy to break up,dissolute and water swellable,often caused borehole diameter shrinkage,collapses and bring about coring difficulties.In allusion to coring strata characteristics,analyzed and studied various aspects of drilling fluid performance,coring drilling tool assembly,coring drilling bit structure,coring drilling parameters and coring technology,constituted matching techniques suitable for rock salt layer coring,and made rock salt coring recovery arriving at 95% above.
