摘要
容器的爆破压力确定对于容器的安全及设计具有重要指导意义。首先通过有限元和试验结果对比,验证了有限元计算爆破压力的可行性。进而利用有限元模拟得到试验很难确定的标准椭圆封头爆破压力数据,归纳数据,得出工程上可行的标准椭圆形封头爆破压力公式。
The determination of the burst pressure of vessel is significant to the safety and design of vessel.This paper contrasts the experimental results by finite element method and proves its feasibility of finite element burst pressure calculation.The burst pressure of standard ellipsoidal head is obtained by FEM.On the basis of this,the burst pressure engineering calculating formula is found out.
