摘要
分析了１９９２～１９９８年２８例结肠手术失误与并发症的原因．结果表明：结肠手术失误与并发症的发生主要与术前肠道准备不恰当、术中缺乏无菌无瘤操作技术、忽视保护结肠边缘动脉以及手术操作不谨慎等因素有关．应注意避免手术失误。
To explore the cause of the fault and complication of colonic operations,28 cases collected from 1992 to 1998,were analyzed to reveal their faults and complications. The result showed that the fault and complication of colonic operation were associated with faulty preparative bowel preparation,sterile technique defect,no protective measures to the colonic marginal vessels careless operative procedures,such attention should be paid to so as to avoid the fault and reduce the incidence of the complication.
