摘要
首次报导了五磷酸镨晶体中缺陷的Ｘ形貌研究结果．这些缺陷是铁弹畴、反相畴界、生长层和生长区界面。
The defects in PrP 5O 14 crystals have been studied first by means of X ray topography. It is found that the main defects are ferroelastic domains, antiphase domains, growth layers, growth sectors and dislocations. Their forming reasons are analysed and the way of improving the quality of crystals has been discussed.
