摘要
提出了在带式输送机动态分析基础上应用变频调速技术的控制策略,设计完成了带式输送机变频调速智能自动控制系统.为提高控制精度,控制程序中采用了模糊自动控制理论,为大运量、大功率、长距离带式输送机的研发和制造奠定了良好的理论基础.通过现场测试,所设计的自动控制系统控制精度高,满足工程要求.
Based on the dynamic analysis,this paper presents the control strategy applying frequency changer technology on belt conveyor,and completes the design of an intelligent control system with frequency changer for belt conveyor.In order to improve control accuracy,fuzzy control theory is used in the control procedure,and by this,it lays a good foundation for belt conveyor with large capacity,high-power and long-distance.Field test proves that control precision of the designed automatic control system satisfies the engineering requirements.
