摘要
通过阐释供应链企业间战略联盟的定义,分析供应链企业间战略联盟不同发展阶段的特点,说明供应链企业间战略联盟生命周期演化理论在企业中是如何运用的。以联盟利益最大化为判别标准,以理性企业为研究前提,对供应链企业间战略联盟生命周期演化阶段进行解析,以辅助企业在战略联盟生命周期不同发展阶段转换时进行正确决策。
By stating the definition of strategic alliance of supply chain enterprises,analyze the characteristics of strategic alliance of supply chain enterprises in different development phase and explains how life cycle evolution theory of strategic alliance of supply chain enterprises apply on enterprises.Taking alliance benefit maximum as evaluation standard and rational enterprise as study premise analyzes the life cycle evolution phase of strategic alliance of supply chain enterprises expect to help enterprises making right decision when life cycle of strategic alliance transforms among the different development phases.
