摘要
石脑油加氢装置床层差压迅速上升严重影响装置长周期安全运行。通过对各部位垢样分析,发现原料携带钠盐造成反应器顶部结盖及保护剂级配缺陷,是造成前述现象的两个主要原因。目前已采取级配完善措施,装置运行6个月尚无压降问题。
Fast rise of bed pressure drop in naphtha hydrotreating unit has serious effect on long-term safe operation of the unit.By analyzing scale samples from different parts,sodium salts in raw material forms coverat the top of reactorand causes gradation defect of protective agent,which are two main reasons to result in fast rise of bed pressure drop.Afterimproving gradation of protective agent,the unit has well run forsix month.
