摘要
海上运输补给保障作为海军战斗力的重要组成部分,一直倍受各国海军的关注,尤其在海上战略投送和海上预置方面近年来更是倍受美、英等发达国家海军的重视。在借鉴外军成熟经验和成功做法的基础上,积极探索了我军海上运输补给发展的道路,就海上运输补给保障能力的提升提出了相应对策和措施。
As an important part of the naval battle force,the marine transportation and supply support is always paid much attention by foreign navies,especially in recent years,the marine strategic deliverance and pre-positioning are greatly focused by the most advanced navies,such as U.S. Navy,the Royal Navy and so on. On the basis of using the foreign navies＇ experiences and methods for reference,this paper explores the development way of marine transportation and supply support of Chinese navy,and presents some countermeasures for enhancing the abilities of transportation and supply support of the navy.
