摘要
采用交互式设计方法对自卸车副车架进行改进设计研究,首先建立主副车架整体几何模型,应用有限元软件进行强度、刚度分析计算,根据计算结果,对强度富余区域和不合理的结构进行改进设计,再利用有限元软件对改进后的结构进行强度、刚度校核,最终达到结构改进合理、降低重量的目的。
The article applies the interactive design to study the improvement design of sub-frame of self-discharging wagon. First,it sets up overall geometric model of both main-frame and sub-frame,and applies finite element software to calculate its strength and stiffness.Based on the result,the article improves the parts where are too strong and some unreasonable structural design,and reuses finite element software to recalculate and recheck the strength and stiffness after the improvement, with the aims to improve the structure reasonably and reduce the weight.
