通过"以赛代练"法对在技巧啦啦操训练中的优势和出现问题进行分析,提出现今中国技巧啦啦操训练中应注意的问题及指导性意见。
This paper analyzes the advantages of Using Competition to Lead Exercises in technical Lala gymnastics and its emerging problems,addresses the problems that should be paid attention to in Lala gymnastics training,and proposes guiding suggestions.
