摘要
目的探讨脑血管病发病与气象条件关系。方法研究1989~1995年烟台芝罘区60万自然人群中脑血管病急性发病5019例与气象条件的关系,采用距平百分率等进行定性定量系统多元化对比分析,其中注意复杂隐蔽的各气象要素的变量及其相互间配置与脑血管病的关系。结果气象要素波动与气温气压配置失调导致脑血管病发病率升高。结论脑血管病的发病与气象密切相关。
Objective To discuss the relationship between cerebrovascular disease and the climate condition. Methods To research the relationship between 5019 patients of acute cerebrovascular attack from 600,000 normal people in Zhifu district of Yantai and the climate condition from 1989 to 1995,the comparative research of quality and quantity system was performed. We also concerned the relationship between some complex hiding changable elements of the climate factors and its interchangable relation and cerebrovascular disease. Results The increase of the morbidity of cerebrovascular disease was caused due to the change of the climate factors and the unbalance of atmospheric temperature and pressure.Conclusions Cerebrovascular disease had evident relation to the climate condition. The abnormal changeable climate was one of the risk factors of inducing cerebrovascular disease.
