摘要
目的优化手术室工作流程,缩短手术接台时间,提高手术间使用效率与手术室工作质量,提高手术病人与手术医生满意度。方法找出手术衔接时间增长的原因,合理安排手术,同时对手术室护士、外科医生、麻醉医生及相关人员进行综合性的手术效率意识培训指导,制定提高手术间使用效率计划,通过对比并对其进行评价。结果计划实施4个月,因手术、麻醉医生或手术间的准备不充分而造成的手术延迟现象减少,第一台手术在预定时间内按时开台比例提高了;手术周转时间缩短14分钟。病人的满意度和医生对手术室工作的满意度提高了。结论采用多学科(综合性)策略对手术室护士、外科医生、麻醉医生及相关人员进行综合性的手术效率意识培训指导;合理安排手术;完善工作流程;加强手术室护士的专业化管理,是提高手术间使用效率的有效方法。同时,也提高了病人和手术医生的满意度,降低了手术室的运行成本。
Objective To optimize the working procedure,decrease turn-over time between operations,improve the utilization rate and service quality of operation room and increase the satisfaction rate of doctor and patient.Method The causes and strategy affected the utilization rate of operating room were found out by analyzing the on-schedule-opening rate of first operation,turn-over time between operations,operating time and the status of delayed operation.New strategies and action plans to solve these problems were established.Results After the action plans were carried out for 4 months,the number of delayed operations caused by the insufficient preparation of medical staffs was decreased dramatically.The on-schedule-opening rate of first operation increased 11%.The turnover time between operations decreased by 142 minutes and the satisfaction rate of doctor's and patient's also significantly increased.Conclusions New strategies and action plans could optimize the working procedure,arrange operation logically,strengthen the nurse's specialty,increase the satisfaction of both the patients and doctors.Further more,the costs of hospital could be decreased by increasing the utilization rate of operating room.
