摘要
目的探讨无创机械通气应用时间对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭早期疗效的影响。方法选取47例由COPD导致的Ⅱ呼吸衰竭患者行无创机械通气治疗,按通气时间长短分为两组(L组14例与S组33例),比较两组患者血气变化及生命体征情况。结果 L组PaCO2显著低于S组,且L组通气前后PaCO2、PaO2、PH、SPO2得到显著改善。结论早期行无创机械通气时,通气时间可能具有一定影响,较长时间通气可能更加易起效。
Objective To explore the impact of different non-invasive ventilation using time on the early efficacy in patients with Ⅱ respiratory failure.Method 47 COPD patients with Ⅱ respiratory failure were divided into two groups（L and S）.Results PaCO2 of L group was significant lower than that of S group.In L group,PaCO2,PaO2,PH and SpO2 were dramatically improved.Conclusion Different using time of the NIV has a certain effect on the therapeutic effect.
