摘要
自上世纪80年代起,高新技术产业日益成为知识经济时代的主导产业。文章通过对高新技术及产业含义的认识,分析了福建省高新技术产业发展现状及存在的主要问题,并提出了建立以企业为主体的技术创新运行机制、完善高新技术产业的风险投资与融资机制等对策建议。
High-tech industry is increasingly becoming the dominant industry in the knowledge economy age since the 80＇s of last century. By understanding the meaning of high technology and high-tech industry, and analyzing the development status and main problems of high-teeh industry in Fujian. Last, we suggest that it could establish operating mechanism technological innovation of main part in enterprise, and improve the high- tech industry policies of venture capital and financing mechanisms and other suggestions.
