摘要
澳洲坚果破壳技术是对其进行深加工的关键阶段。为此,主要介绍了国内外对澳洲坚果破壳技术的研究现状,并重点概述了坚果破壳机械的研究发展历程以及各种破壳机械的构造及工作原理,旨在对澳洲坚果加工产业及进一步研究破壳机械提供参考。同时,针对其发展前景,提出今后的发展对策。
