摘要
液压系统中压力过高和流量过大是系统产生能量损耗的根本原因。为了节约能源,液压系统工作时的压力和流量应尽量满足外界负载的需要,负载感应技术就是一种典型的与外界负载功率要求匹配的功率自适应技术,具有显著的节能效果。为此,结合番茄收获机负载感应液压系统,阐述了分析系统的工作原理和节能特点,为国内研究农业机械液压系统提供借鉴。
Over pressure and excessive flow are the main factors to cause energy-lossing in system,hydraulic system pressure and flow should meet outer loading in order to save energy. Load-sensing technology is a typical self-adapt system which can meet the power requirement of hydraulic dynamic component and outer loading,with significant energy-saving effect. This article introduces the operating principle of load-sensing hydraulic system in processing tomato harvesters and analyzes the features of this system. It has some reference value for the research of high efficient and energy-saving agricultural machinery hydraulic system in domestic.
