摘要
建立了非牛顿流体热弹流润滑数学模型,对重载条件下的磨合过程进行数值分析.在考虑具有粘塑性本构的非牛顿流体时,采用了等效粘度法对建立的方程进行了解算.结果表明:热解的摩擦系数明显低于等温解的摩擦系数.当进一步考虑流体的非牛顿效应时,不仅温升的结果更为符合实际。
A non Newtonian thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication
model is set up to analyze running in process under heavy load. The equivalent viscosity
method is used to account for the visco plastic characteristics of non Newtonian fluid. The
numerical solutions are presented. The results show that the friction coefficient of thermal EHL
solutions is much lower than that of the isothermal one. However, the temperature rise of
thermal EHL solution under heavy load is irrationally high. When the rheological effect of non
Newtonian fluid is considered, the temperature rise drops to reasonable level and the friction
coefficient is relatively comparable to the tested counterpart.
