摘要
真空设备与检测仪器在２０世纪内迅速发展，现在已得到广泛应用且与所有的高技术都密切相关。本文扼要回顾了本世纪国内外一些重要的成就，并对未来作了展望。
Vacuum equipments and instruments are rapidly developed in the 20th Century. They are widely used now and have intimate relationships with all high technologies. This paper briefly reviews some important achievements(especially for vacuum pumps,vacuum gauges and gas analyzers)in the past century and looks forward to the future.
