摘要
针对组成弹性机构的特点,给出了一种描述组成弹性机构的2节点8自由度约束阻尼平面刚架单元的形函数,建立了含大阻尼材料时弹性机构的动力学方程,基于此研究了弹性连杆机构模态损耗因子的预测问题。文中方法概念清晰、计算简单、预测可靠。可用于解决阻尼处理中的机构结构参数的优化设计问题。
According to the characteristics of the flexible mechanism systems, an efficient method is presented for finite element modeling of three layer frame element containing a viscoelastic layer. The shape functions for the two node and eight degrees of freedom frame element are presented. The equations of motion of the damped flexible mechanism are derived. Modal damping ratios are predicated from undamped normal mode by means of the modal strain energy method. Comparisons between the results obtained by this paper and the results obtained by exact solution of the governing equations demonstrate that the presented method is correct, efficient and reliable. It is believed that the method had the potential for optimal design for damped flexible mechanism systems
