摘要
龙眼是著名的水果和重要的药材,其壳中含黄酮类等活性物质,具有重要的作用。以龙眼壳为原料,用95%的乙醇作溶剂,采用微波辅助法提取其中的黄酮类等活性物质,先进行单因素实验,研究处理时间(30s,60s,90s,120s,150s)、料液比(1:4,1:6,1:8,1:10,1:12)、微波功率(160w,320W,480W,640W,800W)对提取率的影响;然后进行3因素3水平正交试验,选择处理时间(30s,60s,90s)、料液比(1:4,1:6,1:8)、微波功率(160W,320W,480W)。试验结果表明:在室温25℃条件下,最佳提取条件为料液比1:4,微波处理时间30s,微波处理功率为160W。
Longan is an famous sub-tropical fruits and important medicine. There are many flavone and other active substances in longan shell ,they are very important. We use longan shell as the material ,use the 95% ethylalcohol as solvent, extract flavone in the longan shell by the Microwave-Assisted method. First we conduct the single factor experiment, the factor as follows : disposal time include 30s, 60s, 90s, 120s, 150s; the solid-liquid ratio, include the level of 1 : 4,1 : 6,1 : 8,1 : 10,1 : 12; microwave power:160w, 320W, 480W, 640W, 800W. Then we conduct the Orthogonal experiment, selected time, the level of 30s, 60s, 90s; the solid-liquid ratio, the level of 1 : 4,1 : 6,1 : 8; microwave power: 160W, 320W, 480W.The results are as follows: At the room temperature 25℃ , the best extract condition is that the solid- liquid ratio: 1 : 4, disposal time: 30s; microwave power: 160W.
