摘要
针对食品加工过程中烤房内的温、湿度控制存在的耦合现象,研制了一种由模糊控制与控制解耦两部分组成的智能温湿度控制仪.介绍了智能控制的原理、控制仪的构成,给出应用效果.
In accordance with the coupling phenomena between temperature and humidity in the oven of food processing process an intelligent temperature/humidity controller which is composed of fuzzy control and control-decoupling is developed . The principle of the intelligent control and composition of the controller are presented and the application results are given.
