摘要
目前,许多研究均已证实肿瘤微血管与肿瘤发生、发展及转移密切相关.内镜下观察黏膜微血管是内镜下诊断早期胃癌的重要内容和方法之一.但是一直以来由于受传统内镜设备和技术的条件所限,此方面研究进展缓慢.近年来,随着科学技术的迅猛发展,各种新型消化内镜设备和技术不断推出,从而为早期胃癌黏膜微血管观察和研究带来了新的契机.本文就相关内容作一综述.
Currently, many studies have demonstrated that microvascular angiogenesis is closely associated with the development, progression and metastasis of tumors. Endoscopic imaging of gastric mucosal microvessels is an important approach to the diagnosis of early gastric cancer. However, traditional endoscopic equipment and technology can not meet the requirements in this regard. In recent years, the emergence of new digestive endoscopy equipment and technology provides new opportunities for endoscopic imaging of mucosal microvessels in patients with early gastric cancer.
