摘要
研究了Al2O3-TiC复合陶瓷的冷压烧结。实验结果表明:通过添加少量的烧结助剂,Al2O3+TiC冷压烧结能制造出致密的复合陶瓷,制品性能与热压制品性能相当。氢气流量及烧结填料是冷压烧结的工艺关键。
Sintering of Al2O3-TiC composites ceramic was studied. It is found that the composites dense ceramic was made by sinting of cold compacting for Al2O3+TiC composites powder with a little sintering activity aids. Sintering materials have the same properties as hot pressing. It is the key sintering technique to contol the rate of hydrogen and packing material.
