越夏期蜜蜂肠道细菌种类鉴定 被引量:1

Identification of bacterial species in honeybee intestine at over-summering

摘要 从越夏期意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera ligustica)工蜂成虫肠道中分离、纯化、培养,获得9株细菌.通过形态学观察和生理生化特性研究,从9株细菌中鉴定出芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、柠檬酸杆菌属(Citrobacter)、沙雷氏菌属(Serratia)、泛生菌属(Pantoea)、肠杆菌属(Enterobacter). Nine strains of bacteria were isolated from the worker bees′adult intestine of Apis mellifera ligustica at over-summering.The bacterial genus Bacillus,Citrobacter,Serratia,Pantoea,and Enterobacter were identified by the morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical reaction.
