摘要
采用可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）实现消失模铸造生产线的自动控制，其结果表明该控制系统操作方便，运行安全可靠，便于调整，与电器控制相比，具有较高的性能价格比。在全面阐述生产工艺对自动控制系统要求的基础上。
AbstractRealization of application of PLC in automatic control of lost form casting production line
has resulted in easy operation of the control system,safety and reliability of operation of the
line,easy adjustment which has higher performance cost ratio compared with electrical control.The
solved problems in this said PLC control system design heve been highlighted based on whole
description of requirements of automatic control system demanded by production technology.
