巴洛沙星治疗细菌性尿路感染的随机对照临床试验 被引量:1

Balofloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of 215 cases of bacterial infections in urinary system lower respiratory tract

摘要 目的:评价巴洛沙星治疗泌尿道细菌性感染的有效性及安全性。方法:采用多中心随机双盲对照临床试验设计。选用215例病人,随机分配到试验组(105例,予巴洛沙星)或对照组(110例,予左氧氟沙星)。给药方案均为0.1g,po,bid,疗程为5~14d。结果:试验组与对照组的痊愈率与有效率分别为77.1%、81.8%与96.2%、97.3%,细菌阳性率分别为78%与77.3%,细菌清除率分别为95.1%与94.1%,不良反应发生率分别为8.2%与8.9%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:巴洛沙星是治疗下泌尿道细菌感染的非常有效和安全的药物,与左氧氟沙星相当。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of balofloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infections in urinary system. Methods:A total of Two-hundred and twenty-nine patients with respiratory infections were enrolled in this multicenter,randomized controlled clinical study.One-hundred and five patients as trial group received balofloxacin and One-hundred and ten patients as control group received levofloxacin.Both groups were given drug 0.1g twice daily,period for 5 to 14 days.Results:The cure and effective rates were 77.1%and 96.2%,respectively in balofloxacin group,81.8%and 97.3%,respectively in levofloxacin group;the bacterial culture-positive rates were in balofloxacin and levofloxacin group 78%and 77.3%,respectively;the bacterial eradication rates were 95.1%and 94.1%,respectively;the adverse events rate were 8.2%and 8.9%,respectively.There were no significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Balofloxacin is as effective and well-tolerated as levofloxacin for the treatment of bacterial infections in urinary system respiratory tract.
