摘要
本文用流动注射萃取分光光度法检查了氢溴酸东莨菪碱片的含量均匀度。方法简便、快速,准确。样品的平均回收率101.2%,相对标准偏差0.76%,线性范围5～90μg/ml,进样频率为60样/h。经配对t检验,本法与药典法无显著差异。
A flow injection analysis method with chloroform as solvent for extraction hasbeen developed for the examination of the content uniformity of scopolamine hydro-bromide tablets. Optimum conditions were selected. The average recovery was 101.2%.The calibration curve was linear in the range from 5～90μg/ml.A determining rateof 60 samples/hour was achieved with RSD 0.76%. The results were in good agree-ment with those obtained by using the current Chinese Pharmacopoeia method.
