摘要
本文介绍复方芦丁片的FIA测定方法,样品中的芦丁经乙醇溶解后,在pH=6的缓冲溶液中用0.05M AlCl_3溶液作显色剂,在λ_(max)420nm处,用721型分光光度计为检测器测定其含量,结果满意。线性关系良好(r=0.9999),芦丁测定结果含量为标示量的100.2%,变异系数为0.47(n=8),回收率为100.2%
The flow injection analysis(FIA) of Rutin content in its tablets is discussed in
this paper. The sample was dissolved in ethanol, buffered by HAc-NaAc (pH 6)
buffer solution, colored by 0.05M AICl_3 and was tested by visible spectrophotom-
eter at λ_(maX) 420nm. This method was satisfactory for determining Rutin content. The
variation coefficient of the results was 0.47% and recovery rate was 100.2%. The
correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9999.
