摘要
目的:制定黄柏在知柏地黄丸中的显微定量标准。方法:用显微定量法,以黄柏的纤维与石细胞总数为显微特征物,对知柏地黄丸中的黄柏进行测定。结果:黄柏含量与每毫克特征数成显著的线性正相关,回归方程为y=39.05x-1.03×10-4(γ=1.0,α=0.01)。结论:显微定量法测定知柏地黄丸中黄柏的含量是可行的,结果可靠。
Objective:To establish the microscopical quantitative standard of the content of corktree bark in Zhibaidihuang Wan.Methods:Taking the fibre and stone cell of corktree bark as microscopical characters,we determine the content of corktree bark in Zhibaidihuang Wan by microscopical quantitative method.Results:The content of corktree bark had shown obvious linearcorrelation with the numbers of characters per milligram.Regression equation is y=39.05x-1.03×10 -4 (γ=1.0,α=0.01).Conclusion:Employing microscopical quantitative method to determine the content of corktree bark in Zhibaidihuang Wan is workable,the result is trusty.
