摘要
高校完善的"三助"工作制度,可以发挥多元的功能——校内资源整合、综合育人,促进高校民主管理、人事改革以及对研究生进行助学资助等。但在实际操作中,由于认识不到位、组织不得力、"三助"岗位少、支付薪酬低等原因限制了"三助"功能的充分发挥。对此,本文提出相应的建议和对策。
The completeness of "Three Assistance" system plays various roles in university, such as campus resources integration, comprehensive education, promotion of democratic management and graduates aiding. However its effect is limited because of a lack of awareness, inefficient management, inadequate positions and low pay. This paper puts forwards some suggestion and strategies for perfecting "Three Assistance" system.
