摘要
为了探求玉米种子安全渡夏的贮藏技术,在实验室条件下研究了种子水分和贮藏温度对衰老速度的影响。12.1%~17.8%范围内不同水分的种子密闭在玻璃瓶中,在室温和20、25、30℃恒温箱中,经不同天数后取样测定发芽率,提出了种子水分、贮藏温度和保持85%发芽率的贮藏天数之间的回归方程。在辽宁省不同地区开展的实际贮藏试验表明,玉米种子渡夏安全贮藏的最大水分是14%,以水分13%为理想。采用自然低温密闭贮藏的方式,可以降低种子衰老的速度和削弱外界夏季高温的影响,更有利于安全渡夏贮藏。不同的杂交组合和种子的原始发芽率也是影响玉米种子安全渡夏贮藏的技术参数。
In order to store maize hybrid seed safely in summer, the optimum seed moisture and storage temperature were studied at laboratory conditions. The seeds with moisture content ranging from 12.1% to 17. 8% were sealed in glass bettles and stored at 20,25,30℃ and room temperature. The germination rates of seed samples were tested after different days of storage. The regression equation between seed moisture content, storage temperature and storage days keeping 85% ger- mination rate was suggested. The result showed that the maximum moisture content for seed storage in summer is 14%, and the ideal seed moisture content is lower than 13%. Using natural low temperature in spring and in sealed storage, the rate of aging of maize seed is decreased byo ffseting the effect of high temperature. Different hybrids and primitive germin- ation rates are also parameters influencing summer storage of maize seed.
