摘要
针对我国电网差异化规划设计的要求,阐述了气象勘测成果对电网规划设计优化和投资优化的重要性;论述了工程气象资料的客观性和处理手段的科学性的重要意义;提出了为提高电网抵御气象灾害能力,在电网工程气象技术领域需要研究和解决的问题,为我国智能电网和特高压网架的建设做好技术支撑。
Based on the differential design principles for power grid projects,this paper analyses the importance of meteorological survey data for optimization of power grid planning and design and for investment optimization,addresses the objectivity of meteorological data and scientific significance of processing methods;proposes some issues in power-grid-dedicated meteorological technologies that need to be addressed for improving the power grid’s resistant capability of meteorological hazards in order to provide a technical support for smart and UHV power grids.
