摘要
目的研究了水提金银花中绿原酸的最佳工艺。方法 采用正交试验设计,考察了加水量、煎煮温度、煎煮时间3个因素对绿原酸提取率的影响。结果确定金银花的最佳提取工艺为:加入10倍量的水,75℃煎煮提取1h。结论该工艺条件简单,稳定,可行,绿原酸提取率高,为改进金银花的煎提工艺提供了依据。
Objective To study the water extraction method of chlorogenic acid in Honeysuckle. Methods Orthogonal experiment design was used. Three factors were studied as indexes that might affect the yield rate of chlorogenic acid, including water quantity, extraction temperature and time required. Results The best extraction condition was: 10 times amount of water, 1 hour of extraction at 75 ℃. Conclusion This extraction method is convenient and feasible, and can improve the extraction of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle.
