摘要 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)模型大鼠肾脏的表达及赖诺普利与瑞舒伐他汀钙应用对其的影响。方法 :选择健康雄性SD大鼠72只,随机分为4组,测定不同处理后第3,7,14天肾脏MMP-9的表达情况。结果 :模型组肾小球、肾间质区域可见MMP-9的表达均呈进行性升高,而治疗组则能明显降低基质MMP-9的表达。结论 :在UUO大鼠肾MMP-9的表达明显升高,可导致肾间质纤维化。赖诺普利与瑞舒伐他汀钙均能有效抑制基质MMP-9的过度表达,从而减轻肾间质纤维化。 Objective:We studied the expression of the matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in the kidney of unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) model rats and the effect of Lisinopril and Rosuvastatin Calcium in the process.Methods: Seventy-six healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups.At the 3rd 7th 14th days,we killed the according rats and detected the expression of MMP-9 in the renal tissue.Results: The expression of MMP-9 was increased progressively in the renal interstitiun of the model group.However,that was decreased in the treatment groups.Conclusion: The expression of MMP-9 in the kidney of UUO rats was increased obviously,which caused the renal interstitial fibrosis.Both Lisinopril and Rosuvastatin Calcium can relieve the renal interstitial fibrosis by inhibiting the hyper at the 3rd 7th 14th days when we killed the rats.-expression of MMP-9 in the renal interstitium.
