摘要
为探讨中药配合化疗对白血病的治疗价值，根据白血病化疗后多为虚实夹杂，既有热毒痰瘀又有气阴虚弱的见证，分别设复方中药清毒饮（由七叶一枝花、白花蛇舌草、山慈菇、莪术、胡黄连、大青叶、法半夏、竹茹、田七、生地、大黄、仙鹤草等组成）和养正片（由人参、黄芪、补骨脂、熟地、黄精、赤灵芝、女贞子、旱莲草、鸡内金、田七、虎杖、茜草根等组成），观察两方对环磷酰胺所致的造血抑制小鼠粒系造血的影响。观察指标：外周血白细胞计数、骨髓有核细胞计数及粒单系造血祖细胞培养。结果：两方均能提高外周血白细胞数、骨髓有核细胞数，养正片还能提高中性粒细胞百分数及粒单系造血祖细胞数。表明两方辅助化疗治疗白血病取效的机理可能分别是通过减轻化疗造成的骨髓抑制，改善粒系造血功能两个方面而实现的。
In order to study the effects of Qingdu Yin (QY) and Yangzheng Pian (YP) on the generation of granulocytes,NIH mice model with hematopoietic inhibition was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide.Forty NIH mice were allocated to 4 groups:QY Group,YP Group,model Group and normal control Group.White blood cells count in peripheral blood,karyocyte count in bone marrow and hemoblastic colony of granulocyte and monocyte systems (CFU-GM) were investigated.The results showed that the number of peripheral WBC and bone marrow karyocytes increased in QY Group and YP Group,and the percentage of neutrophil and the number of CFU-GM increased in YP Group.It is indicated that one of the therapeutic mechanism of QY and YP as a supplement to chemotherapy for leukemia is to improve the hematopoiesis of granulocytic system and reduce the hematopoietic inhibition of bone marrow caused by chemotherapy.
