摘要
回顾、分析了近３ａ在本院行二维彩色多普勒超声心动图检查的５０岁以上病人退行性心瓣膜病的检出情况、超声特征及血流动力学变化。在２１３０例既往无风湿性或胶原性等可造成瓣膜损害的疾病病史的受检者中检出心瓣膜病３７８例，总检出率为１７．７％，其中男性检出率为２０．６％，女性检出率为１４．２％，男女检出率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结果表明：退行性心瓣膜病的发病率随年龄增长而增高；主动脉瓣受累多于二尖瓣受累，主动脉瓣返流发生率最高；出现心脏扩大、心功能减退与患者有无合并症关系密切。
The detectable rate,ultrasonic characteristics and blood rheology of degenerative valvular disease of heart (DVDH) in patients over 50 years old were restropectively analyzed by two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler's flow imaging since 1995.In 2130 cases of ultrasonic examination there were 378 suffering from DVDH,the total detectable rate being 17.7%. Among them,the male detectable rate was 20.6% and the female detectable rate was 14.2%, the differences being significant (P< 0.001 ).The results showed that the incidence rate of DVDH increased with the age,the involvement rate and regurgitation rate of aortic valve were higher than those of mitral valve,and the cardiac enlargement and the decline of cardiac function were closely related to the existence of complications.It is suggested that ultrasonic examination is the main diagnostic method for DVDH.
