摘要
阐述了精神生态的产生及现代人的精神困境后指出,现代社会精神生态建设是休闲体育建设的重要方面。从理论上说,精神生态建设符合休闲的内涵;从实践上看,人类精神的培育、休闲体育项目的创新、休闲体育专业建设都需要精神生态建设的支持。
This paper briefly describes the generation of the spiritual ecology and the spirit plight of modern people and points out that it is important to construct Spiritual Ecology for leisure sports in modern society. Theoretically, the construction of spiritual ecology is in line with the nature of leisure. Practically, the cultivation of the human spirit, the innovation in leisure sports and leisure sports construction need the support of the spiritual eco-building.
