摘要
衰老这个问题一直是众多科学家研究的重点。目前是百花齐放,众说纷纭,出现了十几种理论和学说。但是这些学说和理论都从一个侧面反映了造成衰老的原因,如何延缓衰老一直是研究的热点。通过分析指出体育锻炼可以增强体魄,使精力充沛、延缓衰老。
The question of aging has been the key point which the numerous scientists study on.At present all flowers bloom together,it has wide divided opinions,presented several kinds of theories.For examples,immunity theory,aging gene theory and so on.But these theories had reflected from a side creating the aging reason,how to postpone aging has been the hot spot of research.Physical exercise should made the body and spirit strengthen and energetic,so as to delay the aging.This article will discuss mainly the aerobics to the postpone senility the function and the mechanism.
