摘要
目的：比较佛山药厂与默沙东药厂生产的复方依那普利片对原发性高血压（ＥＨ）的降压作用和不良反应。方法：按平行对照原则将轻、中度ＥＨ病人６２例（完成治疗６０例）分为２组。佛山生产组３０例，服复方依那普利片由１／２片（含依那普利２．５ｍｇ，氢氯噻嗪６．２５ｍｇ）开始，如未达显效标准，则每周成倍递增剂量１次，最大用量４片，每日早餐后顿服，用药４ｗｋ；默沙东生产组３０例服复方依那普利片的剂量、服法、疗程均与国产组相同。结果：２组总有效率均为１００％，不良反应少而轻，２种药的剂量为依那普利５～１０ｍｇ／ｄ，氢氯噻嗪１２．５～２５ｍｇ／ｄ，总有效率达７７％或８３％。结论：２个药厂生产的药物治疗ＥＨ均剂量小、疗效佳且安全。
AIM: To compare the efficacy and adverse reaction of two kinds tablets of enalapril compound in treating essential hypertension, which were produced by Foshan pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. and Merck Shap & Dohme, Inc (MSD).. METHODS: In a randomized and parallel to controlled method, 62 patients with mild and moderate essential hypetension were divided into two groups (60 patients completed the study), Foshan pharmaceutial Co. Ltd. group (domestic group, n=30) and MSD group (n=30). After a 2 wk period of placebo(starch) run_in, therapy was initiated with domestic enalapril compounddrug with (enalapril 2.5 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 6.25 mg) with once daily administration (qm). Dosage were doubled after 1 wk if these were no significant effects, the maximum dosage was enalapril 20 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 50 mg, once daily×4 wk. The dosage, use and courses of treatment of MSD group were the same as those of domestic group. RESULTS: The total effective rate of the two groups all were 100%, and adverse reaction were mild. In the dosage enalapril 5_10 mg/d, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5_25 mg/d of the two kinds of drug, the total effective rate were 77% or 83%. CONCLUSION: Compound of the two kinds of drug had a lower dosage, good antihypertension and safety in treating essential hypertension.
