摘要
目的为探讨唐山市射线接触者血像变化的有关影响因素。方法对唐山市552例从业人员进行了血像检查及有关因素调查。结果逐步回归分析发现年龄、工龄、射线种类、累积受照剂量是影响射线工作者WBC的主要因素;微核、双着丝粒染色体的发生及肝功异常是Pt改变的关联因素;性别差异是Hb改变的主要因素。针对各影响因素进行分层分析发现,大部分血像虽波动在正常值范围内,但均低于正常平均值,说明射线工作者血像有下降趋势。女性红细胞系及白细胞系对射线作用较男性敏感。工龄15年以上组血像有下降趋势;累积剂量达20mGy以上组WBC有下降趋势;X射线较其他射线对接触者影响小;HBsAg阳性者血像较低。结论提示射线接触者血像的改变是多因素共同作用的结果。
Objective In order to explore the affecting factors concerning the radiation staff's hematological changes. Methods 552 workers were examined by blood test and other studies.With the method of multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results It was found that age,working duration ,sort of radiation,accumulated dosage of radiation were the main affecting factors on WBC variation,micronuclei formation,chromosome abbreviation and abnormal liver function were the relative factors to Pt change. Sex was shown to be the main factor for Hb alteration. Conclusion It indicated that the hematological changes of the radiant staff was obviously a result of combination action of many affecting factors.
