摘要
本文根据X射线衍射的强度方程,通过一系列强度因子计算,测算了AISI446钢样淬火后的残余奥氏体量.测算结果表明;残余奥氏体的测定精度达到1％左右.
Through a series of computations of intensity factor, this paper presents the measurements and computations of the quantity of residual austenite in quenching steel according to X-ray intensity equations. The experiment's results show that the measuring accuracy of residual austenite is about 1%.
