摘要
目的 ICP-AES测定重组酵母乙肝疫苗中硫柳汞的含量。方法样品消化后直接用ICP-AES检测。结果线性相关性好,重复性实验变异系数均小于4%,样品回收率超过99%。结论 ICP-AES能够满足重组酵母乙肝疫苗中硫柳汞含量检测的技术要求,是一种快速、有效、准确的分析方法。
Objective To determine thimerosal content in recombinant yeast hepatitis B vaccine by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer（ICP-AES）.Methods The samples were digested directly by ICP-AES detection.Results The linear correlation was good;repeatability coefficient of variation was less than 4%;the sample recovery rate was over 99%.Conclusion ICP-AES can meet the testing technical requirements to determine thimerosal content of recombinant yeast hepatitis B vaccine,which is a fast,effective and accurate analysis.
