摘要
急救直升机是指装备急救医疗器械，将专业急救医务人员送至急救现场，并从现场转送至医疗机构，同时对患者实施急救医疗的专用直升飞机。日本于2001年开展急救直升机体系工程，称为Doctor Helicopter体系。本文就其应用现状进行总结，并对存在的问题进行探讨，希望对我国空中急救事业的发展提供借鉴。
The emergency helicopter is a specialized helicopter equipped with emergency medical equipment. It could send medical treatment staffs to the site of an accident in a short time, and to start early period medical treatment for primary care of patient or injured person. Helicopter emergency medical service of Japan started in 2001 and be called Doctor Helicopter system. This paper examined current situation and problems of Japanese Doctor Helicopter system.
