摘要
为提高决策和设计阶段建筑工程造价管理水平,需要加深项目分解方法的认识。文章采用价值分析方法以及英国、美国和中国的成本项目分解体系比较矩阵模型,进行了分析和论证。提出了国内建筑工程概算定额项目分解体系不适合决策和设计阶段成本规划和控制要求,应当按照组件项目分解法划分项目结论。提出国内建筑工程组件法项目分解体系的编制思路。
In order to improve the cost management of construction projects in decision-making and design stages,project breakdown method should be learned more.This paper used value analysis method and the matrix model of cost item breakdown system compared among UK,USA and China for the demonstration.The analysis results show that the current quota project breakdown system of Chinese construction projects is not suitable for the requirements of cost planning in decision-making and design stages.The components breakdown method should be used.The idea of the breakdown system development was put forward.
