摘要
GB50500-2008《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》已于2008年12月1号开始实行,它首次提出了招标控制价的概念,并做出了相应的规定,它对于我国工程造价管理的改革起着重要的作用。文章分析了招标控制价的产生过程,通过与最高控制价的对比分析了实施招标控制价产生的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决措施。
The Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works（GB50500-2008）has been carried out since December1,2008,which first proposes the concept of tender control price and makes the corresponding provisions.This code plays an important role for the reform of engineering cost management in China.The paper analyzed the generating process of the tender control price and the potential problems by comparing with the ceiling price,then proposed the corresponding solutions.
