摘要
目的:了解许昌市区餐饮具消毒卫生状况。方法:根据《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》对许昌市220家各类餐厅、26家学校食堂和7家餐具消毒公司消毒后备用的餐具进行抽样。结果:两次共检测样品8810份,合格7956份,合格率为90.3%;大型酒店2258份,合格2116份,合格率为93.7%;学校食堂1886份,合格1763份,合格率为93.5%;中小型餐厅4408份,合格3809份,合格率为86.4%。结论:中小型餐厅合格率较低,应加大对其的监督管理力度。
Objective：To understand the health status of Xuchang city tableware disinfection.Methods： According to ＂food（drinks） with disinfection health standards＂ on all kinds of 220 restaurants in Xuchang City,26 school canteens and seven tableware disinfection companies tableware disinfection reserve sample.Results： The two copies were detected in samples 8810,7946 were eligible,90.2% pass rate;large hotel 2258 copies of 2116 were eligible,93.7% pass rate;school canteens were 1886,1763 were eligible,93.5% pass rate;4408 were small restaurant,3809 were eligible,86.4% pass rate.Conclusion： The low passing rate of small and medium sized restaurant,should increase their supervision and management efforts.
