非体外循环下搏动性双向Glenn手术治疗成人单心室 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结非体外循环下行双向Glenn分流术治疗成人单心室的临床经验,以提高手术疗效。方法选择13例成人单心室患者在非体外循环下行双向Glenn分流术。结果 13例无住院期间死亡病例,术后未吸氧状态下脉搏氧饱和度(85±5)%,较术前(66±3)%明显提高(P<0.01)。术后中心静脉压(19.14±1.67)mmHg较术前(11.14±1.34)mmHg增高(P<0.05)。随访3个月～4年,失访1例。1例半年后死于心力衰竭,9例紫绀得到明显改善,2例改善不明显,无咯血患者,心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。结论在把握适应证以及术前充分准备的情况下,Glenn手术应用于成人的单心室患者是可行的。
