摘要
在发动机试验台上进行了汽油中胶质含量对汽油机动力性和有害气体排放浓度影响的试验研究。研究结果表明,胶质含量超过20mg/100mL时,随胶质含量的增加动力性下降。120h道路模拟试验证明,长期使用高胶质汽油会造成进气管、进气道和进气门背部生成大量沥青状沉积物,严重时影响汽油机的正常工作。
Test and research work is carried out on engine test bench to survey the effect of gum content in gasolene upon gasolene engine power and harmful exhaust gas emission density. Result of research reveals that engine power drops asthe gum content increases when content of gum exceeds 20 mg/ 100 mL. Road driving anaogue test shows thai long time operation with high gum content gasolene will cause greal amount of asphalt like sediment depositing on internal surface or backof engine indution gas passage, muffler and valve, which affects the normal operation of engine.
