摘要
多元民族文化的共生促进了云南的社会和谐,相互尊重,建设多民族多元文化的和谐格局成为云南省民族工作的重点。多年的民族工作实践,使云南各级地方政府意识到:保护云南民族文化多样性就是保护中国乃至世界文化的多样性;保护云南民族文化多样性就是保护云南各民族的精神家园,就是保护云南现代化的内源动力。云南民族融合的过程可以说是中华民族融合过程的一个缩影,因此,云南经验具有一定的普适性。归纳起来,就是要发挥国家的作用,以发展为动力,鼓励各民族的交往,树立法治权威。同时强调"以发展为动力",通过发展来解决分配中出现的问题,以发展来解决潜在的矛盾,使每个公民都能够享受到发展的成果。
The multi-ethnic cultural symbiosis helps promote Yunnan′s construction of a harmonious society and improves the mutual respect for each other among different ethnic groups,which is a focus in the ethnic work of Yunnan Province.The past work has made the governments at all levels in Yunnan realize that the protection of the diversity of Yunnan ethnic cultures is the protection of their spiritual home and their motive force for realizing modernization,and is closely related to the protection of the cultural diversity of China and the world.The process of ethnic fusion in Yunnan mirrors that of the ethnic fusion in China.Thus,the experience in Yunnan has its universal value.The core of this experience includes the following elements： the Central Government plays a crucial role;development as the motive force can help solve the conflicts and problems in distribution;ethnic communication should be encouraged;ruling by law is the principle;the final goal is the realization of sharing the development achievements by all.
